Supervisor Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years experience in high-end custom residential and/or commercial construction. This role is pivotal to our operations and requires a professional with a strong background in structural contracting and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge in both concrete and reinforcement work, including footings, walls, and slabs.
Proficiency in handset job-built formwork and ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms).
In-depth understanding of flatwork, drainage, and quality control processes.
Expertise in wood framing, with an emphasis on precision and attention to detail.
Familiarity with different finishes and their impact on framing processes.
Competence in using layout tools such as lasers.
Experience in framing and forming is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage daily construction operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
Implement and uphold policies and procedures for production and quality control.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company regulations.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of in-house employees and subcontractors.
Conduct site meetings and provide clear communication to on-site crews.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
Perform material take-offs and manage resources effectively.
Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot problems to maintain workflow.
Multi-task and manage multiple projects successfully.
Make informed, independent decisions based on data analysis.
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Hands-on carpentry experience and job-site leadership.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Valid Working at Heights (WAH) Training
Basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a tool belt with essential hand tools.
Location:
The majority of our work is based in Toronto.
Compensation:
Bi-weekly payment via direct deposit.
