Midtown Commercial Space

Completed in 2020 with Pencil Design

Con-Frame led a major structural renovation of this commercial building. Our work encompassed the careful removal and replacement of large sections of floor and roof. We also added footings and foundation walls for the elevators and poured new slabs throughout. A crucial part of this project was retrofitting three elevator shafts to make the space accessible for everyone.
