Located on an irregularly shaped lot, this distinctive downtown residence features two concealed basement levels with blind-sided foundation walls, maximizing the property’s potential. The home stands out with its sleek modern design, large glass openings, and pronounced metal-clad roof slopes. Con-Frame provided all essential structural elements for this project, including concrete formwork for footings, walls, and slabs, as well as wood framing, ensuring a perfect balance of aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
