Old world Toronto style meets modern flair in one half of this semi-detached rebuild. The College Street Contemporary Classic, skillfully marries traditional aesthetics with contemporary design. While mirroring its adjoining structure to maintain neighbourhood coherence, it boasts a distinctive modern rear elevation.

The construction included intricate structural steel infill, built in gutters, and a meticulously hand-cut roof that respects the area’s historical essence yet embraces modern sophistication.

Con-Frame’s expertise was pivotal in providing wood framing along with certain essential steel and concrete components.
